Scheduling consists of managing and selecting team members to play on any given worship event and efficiently distributing the schedule when it's written.  After you've set up how many performances to schedule for, you click the "Worship Team" button to bring up a graphical view of all your team members for that date.  Click "Add To Schedule" and you're done with that week!
