Member Management
Managing team members is a crucial element to keeping
things organized. In the member management section, you can easily track
phone numbers, email addresses, and vacation days. You can also set up
groups and assign members to them so you can schedule by group instead
of by individuals.
Each team member can be assigned 1 to 15 pre-defined roles. The roles are
designed to include every aspect of music performance and just in case there is
an odd category we've included a "Other" section.
If a person is requesting certain dates off, then use the vacation days section
to set those days. Then when scheduling they will not be available.
