The email tool in SetPicker is tightly integrated with all aspects of the program.  It is a stand alone email tool to send messages but, it also sends out schedules, set lists, and sheet music.  Plus, it's simple to use.  After you configure it with your email account settings you simply click the people on your team you want to send mail then click "Send".
